On February 5, Hancock expressed appreciation for the opportunity to collaborate with Texas Governor Greg Abbott: “Honored that @GregAbbott_TX allowed me to be a part of forming and launching this historic program. Great job team!”

Later that day, he posted about an event with the Greater San Antonio Council of the Texas Federation of Republican Women (TFRW), highlighting recent accomplishments: “Great time with the Greater San Antonio Council of @TFRW sharing major results — launching Texas DOGE, ending DEI, and breaking records with the Texas Education Freedom launch yesterday. Thanks for all the grassroots work y’all do for Texas Republicans!”

On February 6, Hancock followed up with a message of encouragement: “Keep up the good work!”

Hancock has served in the Texas State Senate since 2013 after succeeding Chris Harris as representative of District 9.
