Northwest High School standout Sydney Zenon’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Wednesday, April 30

On Wednesday, April 30, former Northwest High School standout Sydney Zenon’s current college team, the Wichita State Shockers, lost 5-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Kansas Jayhawks.

The game took place at Wilkins Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Jayhawks this season.

The Shockers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 6 p.m. at Tiger Softball Complex against Memphis Tigers.
