City of Fort Worth issued the following announcement on May 28.
Applications are now open for the #PreserveTheFort grant program – a partnership between Fort Worth Economic Development and United Way of Tarrant County to distribute $10 million to small businesses impacted by COVID-19.

Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce will be helping review and process the applications in the coming weeks, and Tarrant Small Business Development Center is staffing a call center to help business owners with their applications.
