A Dallas developer is proposing a $32 million business park in the Fort Worth area.
Bandera Ventures recently filed plans for a 950,000-square-foot business park on Everman Parkway near Interstate 35 West, according to The Dallas Morning News.
The filing indicates Bandera would plan to begin construction this summer, with the project expected to be completed by next year. The new project would join a number of other facilities operated by Bandera around Dallas, San Antonio and Houston.
Current tenants at their other facilities include international firm Heritage Auctions, with 160,000 square feet leased for a headquarters, and logistics firm Legendzway Distribution with 267,000 square feet leased. Both of those companies are leasing at the firm’s Gateway Logistics Center at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
