INSIDE THE SCORES
Murray
- Murray started her day on hole 10 as she played the first ten holes in just +2 with two bogeys on 15 and 16. The graduate student had a tough back nine as she carded a triple on 2 and four additional bogeys over her last six holes to cap the round of 80.
- Murray turned things around as the graduate student posted a 2nd-round 71 (-1). After improving her individual score by 9 shots, Murray's card consisted of two bogeys (11, 18), 13 pars and three birdies – which came on 8, 15 and 16.
- Hlynsdottir opened on the 10th hole and shot 2-over through the first eight holes but closed the back side – her front side – with an unlucky triple. She produced a 35 (-1) over the final nine holes of her round – the best of the Mavs – as she completed the round of 75. Throughout the round, Hlynsdottir led the squad with three birdies.
- Hlynsdottir maintained that same momentum from her first round as she played the back nine – her front side – in even. She posted a flawless closing nine with birdies on 2, 7 and 10 to cap the impressive round of 71.
- Garber began her round of the 11th hole as she was the lone Mav to not card anything higher than a bogey. The round of 78 consisted of 12 pars and six bogeys – which came on 6, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 15.
- Garber tabbed a 2nd-round 79 as the graduate student's card features seven bogeys, one triple, eight pars and two birdies.

- From hole 12, Howard played the first eight holes in 3-over with an unfortunate triple coming on hole 16. The senior played the front side – her back side – in +6 with another triple on 8 which set her back. However, Howard was able to roll two birdies – which came on 4 and 7.
- Tan began her day on 13 and shot in just 2-over through the first seven holes with a birdie coming on 1. Unfortunately, the senior couldn't maintain that same momentum as several big numbers were too much to overcome as she capped a 1st-round 83. However, she would be able to roll her second birdie of the round which came on hole 11.
- Tan bounced back after a 1st-round 83 as the senior capped a 2nd-round 75. Tan's card consisted of five bogeys, 11 pars and two birdies. The senior was one of three Mavs who didn't put anything higher than a bogey throughout the second round.
