April: Home valuations in Westover Hills fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in April in Westover Hills fell by $592,457 while total valuation decreased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $1,390,000 - a 29.9 percent decrease from the $1,982,457 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Westover Hills in April 2021.
