Join the first Budget Talk on the FY24 City of Fort Worth budget. City Manager David Cooke will answer questions about the proposed budget and the priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.

Event details: 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16. Council Chamber at City Hall, 200 Texas St.

• The Budget Talk will be in-person and virtual on FWTV, YouTube and Facebook.
• Can’t watch live? The meeting will be recorded and available on City channels.
• Residents can submit questions before the meeting. Questions can also be submitted during the meeting using text and email. More information will be provided at the start of the meeting.

Cooke will present his proposed budget to City Council at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8. Council is expected to approve the budget on Sept. 19.
