Important changes are coming for all City of Fort Worth Water customers -- residential and commercial - still using the Paymentus site to pay their water bill.
Residential customers: We’ve extended the deadline to move your water accounts to the City of Fort Worth MyH2O portal to Friday, Oct. 27.
Why it matters: The Paymentus site is going away, necessitating the change going forward for residential customers.
• Here is the link you need to move your account.
• Residential Paymentus users: If you move your account by Oct. 27, your wallet and autopay information, as well as your billing and payment history, will move with you.
If you are a customer using autopay, if you don’t move your account by Oct. 27, your autopay will be discontinued and you will need to register on the MyH2O portal.
Commercial Paymentus users: Businesses, schools and industries with Fort Worth Water utility accounts can access for the first time the MyH2O portal beginning Monday, Oct. 30.
At that time, commercial customers can register for the new, free portal.
How to register: Customers should have their account number(s), billing cycle and route numbers ready to register. This information is on your billing statement or call the customer contact center at 817-392-4477 or email to request the information.
Businesses and other commercial users will not be able to move their account information to the new MyH2O portal.
• Autopay will no longer function and must be set up again in the MyH2O portal.
• A new registration is required.
Business users can set up a primary company profile for easy account portfolio management. Among the features, customers will be able to pay multiple accounts with one login as well as set up automatic payments for your portfolio.
The big picture: The MyH2O portal launched in 2022 as a key piece to the MyH2O program. Among the many MyH2O portal features and benefits, customers can see their water usage on an hourly basis, as well as set up alerts about usage and bills.
