OSU College of Veterinary Medicine’s Fall Conference ‘coming home’ to Vet Med campus

The Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine’s annual Fall Conference will be held Thursday, Nov. 3, and Friday, Nov. 4, 2022. Participants have the option of attending in-person or virtually.

Attendees will be able to earn up to 14 hours of continuing education for the two-day conference. A wide range of veterinary topics will be covered in tracks where participants can choose their preference. Thursday track offerings will be companion animal, large animal (mixed) and general tracks. An exhibit hall where attendees can visit with various industry vendors will also take place on Thursday. Friday will offer companion animal, equine and food animal tracks.

“We are delighted to host Fall Conference again this year,” said Dr. Rosslyn Biggs, director of continuing education and beef cattle extension specialist at the veterinary college. “As always, it will be a great opportunity for attendees to expand their veterinary knowledge and network with fellow professionals.”

At 8 a.m. Nov. 3, the OSU CVM Class of 1963 Distinguished Lectureship will feature retired United States Air Force Public Health Officer and CVM alumnus, Dr. Mike Bunning, presenting “Veterinary Career: Long and Winding Road.”

Additionally, the CVM is excited to be bringing Fall Conference back home to the veterinary medicine campus at the Roger J. Panciera Education Center.

“The college has assembled a tremendous agenda,” Biggs said. “We are very fortunate to have nationally recognized speakers along with our outstanding faculty members present.”
