Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Aug. 27.
The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has amended its guidelines to define who may qualify as a restaurant and operate with a food and beverage certificate under GA-28 to assist businesses facing permanent shutdown.
