The QEP is a five-year quality enhancement plan required for WC's continued accreditation. The current plan is ROOTS -- Resources Open Opportunities to Students -- and is geared toward making sure WC's student resources are accessible to all students so they can plant, root and grow in their education.
Building on the ROOTS metaphor, departments around the college took care of saplings this past academic year as a tangible reminder of the plan.
