Chapel Hill Academy School District Education: 43 multiracial students were enrolled in schools in 2022-23 school year

There were 43 multiracial students enrolled in Chapel Hill Academy School District in the 2022-23 school year, 10.3% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Chapel Hill Academy School District welcomed 698 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, multiracial students comprised 6.2% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

Chapel Hill Academy School District roughly covers schools within Tarrant County and has a main office in Fort Worth.

Chapel Hill Academy was the only school in the district which enrolled multiracial students, welcoming 43 students in the 2022-23 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
