The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History is set to launch a new event series entitled "Live From The Omni" at the Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater. This series will combine live music performances with immersive visual experiences within the theater setting. The first event is scheduled for April 24, 2025, and will feature a performance by Jacob Furr, a Fort Worth native known for his multi-instrumental and songwriting talents.
Nikki Diller, Vice President of Collections, Interpretation, and Programs at the museum, shared her anticipation: “We’re looking forward to our first Live From The Omni concert. This event series is the perfect way to engage a different area of our community with the theater’s new technology, by partnering with local musicians and using the capabilities of the Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater to create immersive environments.”
The series promises an array of diverse artists and themes, providing both musicians and audiences with a unique experience.
